Ingredients:
400gm tin of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 tbsp unhulled organic tahini
2 cloves of garlic
juice of 1 lemon
15ml olive oil
Method:
Blitz it in the food processor until it’s smooth. Enjoy :)

Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1 sweet potato, cubed
6 cups chicken stock
6 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
350gm no fat natural yoghurt
Method:
Cook garlic and potato with spices for 1-2 minutes.
Add cauliflower and stock - bring to the boil, then reduce and simmer for 20 minutes.
Blend until smooth (use a blender like I did, or a stick blender). Stir in natural yoghurt and cook for a further 5 minutes, but don’t boil.

I used Jamie Eason’s recipe. The ingredients are:
- 4 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond meal/flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 cup stevia (raw) or Xylitol (increase carb count by 1g)
- 1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 medium apple - grated (large holes)
Cooking at 175C for about 20-25 minutes. Can’t wait to try them! I’ll be sure to post the picture if they look any good :)
